Book a Deluxe Family Two Bedroom Suite for 4nights to cater for both easy access and family time, reach there some of the facilities was under maintenance/renovation and no notice was mention when you do the booking so no family time spent in the hotel with the expensive per night, if that the case i would book elsewhere cheaper like a place to sleep and go the following morning. Because of the lack of facilities i need to change my schedule to pack it for outside sight seeing which i have to pay more, to me that place is just a rest area after a long day out - the breakfast is not so great for the price ive paid and comparing to others hotel i think its a ripped off. Beside that the staff are helpful in one way of the other.

對比其他酒店，12月3月份平日入住人流不多，露台房感覺悠閒舒適，另外要留意每年溫泉SPA維修月份，以免享用不到。

Everything here fits for our vacation. Highly recommend to stay here because of the location and friendly staff as we do not speak Chinese.

I wanted to stay at a hot spring hotel during a trip to escape from my busy daily life. The luxurious room, the outdoor hot spring area, and the breakfast were all satisfying, including the afternoon tea time. The location was also great, making it easy to explore on foot.

Our first experience in a hot spring hotel. Enjoyed using the public spring and also the one in the room. 1 night was not enough as the bed and the room were very comfortable. Breakfast spread was awesome. However check out time was too early at 11am. We didn't really full enjoyed the morning that we had to check out.
