Liked: The room was fairly spacious and stylish Free coffee and water in the lobby Good storage space in the room The location for visiting other places - 5 mins walk from the station Frequently replaced towels when needed

Disliked: Overall the cleanliness was below par, the room wasn’t cleaned to the level I’d expect upon arrival and the turn down service was very poor. The bed wasn’t remade most days, it wasn’t changed once in our five days, the bathroom was never cleaned during our stay, lots of dust and the floors were dirty. The air conditioning unit/system needs a service and a clean as it was exceptionally loud and dust would occasionally get blown out of it The mattress felt like it needed to be changed but instead of doing this they used two mattresses toppers which didn’t do the job

Liked: The staff was great! the location of the hotel was central.

Disliked: The location of the room was terrible. My view was the neighbors laundry hung on the line. That was terrible and did not give me a vacation feel. Breakfast could have been better. We got the same choice everyday for 6 days. Felt like an institution breakfast. Would not include breakfast again.

Liked: Great location just a few blocks from the Nice Ville train station and close to restaurants, groceries, and transportation. The interior design is next-level, great style and colors. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast can be added for a reasonable price. Coffee, tea, water, and snacks are provided in the lobby for free. My room (#1) had a large private courtyard with a sitting area. Bed was super comfortable, and room was quiet at night even though it was close to the lobby.

Disliked: The bathroom setup was less than ideal. There wasn't sufficient lighting in the bathroom; the electrical outlet was far from the mirror; and the hair dryer cord was very short. The tub was very deep, which made it difficult for a short person like me to step into and out of. The handheld shower head failed to stay in position in its wall mount.

Liked: 2 min walk from the train station and well connected with public transport. The hotel offers free coffee for the guests 24/7 which is one of its kind facility. Welcoming staff.

Liked: Comfy bed & pillows. AC el evator & vreakfast included. Good Central Nice location 8 min walk to tram for airport & beyond. Near Nice Ville train Staff was/super nice.

Disliked: I may have booked the only available room it waa last min the door was tight Room 201 & extra hard to keep open arriving or departing with bags. A door stop would be handy for this room.

Liked: The staff definitely. It is very consistent in HappyCulture hotels. Very good staff training. They also have decent (and free!) coffee in the lobby. The room is clean enough for the price. You can store your luggage before checking in and after checking out, which is very convenient. The storage location is just next to the reception, which make us feel safe. It is close enough to the Nice-Ville train station, which is convenient if you are taking a day trip to Monaco or other nearby towns.

Disliked: There is an elevator, but very small, can only fit one person plus one luggage at a time.
