“Very good”

Extremely poor customer service for such a highly supposedly reputable property belonging to a major chain. Very small rooms and definitely you don’t get what you pay for. Unless you must absolutely have to stay at cne grounds, there far many other much better properties in the downtown west area.

“Very good”

Disliked: Pull out sofa in the premier suite was incredibly uncomfortable. Bit of a let down to an otherwise good hotel.

“Nice look but for the price, not worth it.”

Liked: Proximity to what I needed to do in Toronto.

Disliked: The incredible noise outside. Was staying on the 12th floor, had a 4 hour window to sleep before leaving at 3:00am and the incredible noise did not allow that. $450 to not sleep is incomprehensible. Staff couldn’t do anything.

Liked: We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite!

Disliked: The patio lights in the one bedroom suite… I could not figure out how to turn them off.
