Liked: Clean crew was very kind

Disliked: They demanded cash, and the clerk was pretty rude about it when I asked why. I contacted Booking.com support. The hotel clerk told Booking.com customer support that their credit card machine was down and that, since it was a Korean holiday weekend, no one from the credit card company would be available to repair it. The credit card company does emergency work, so this was a lie. The hotel is also a fire trap. The stairwells are used for storage. They store cases of water, blankets, sheets, and other supplies. Photo included. This goes on all day, since they offer hourly rates to couples.

Liked: It wasn’t very busy in the hotel and the elevator worked very well. The people at the front desk were welcoming and helpful.

Disliked: The room is not very pleasant. The ceilings are incredibly low, the lighting is dark and difficult and inconvenient to navigate, and the furniture in the room takes up far too much space. Everything feels crammed and dark.

Liked: Don’t be fooled by the location and price! The location was great but the only accepted cash and no credit cards. They do have an atm machine in the lobby but it only allows so much to be pulled out at one time and it’s not enough to cover the bill. You have to make several withdrawals and each time has a convenience fee. The room was stocked with one shower towel and no shower curtain. The shower had mildew in and around it. The bed was hard and it had a crunchy mattress protector.

Disliked: Don’t be fooled by the price and location!

Liked: Easy place to sleep and get around lots of little details of which I was grateful for blow dryer etc

Thank you. The staff is helpful. There was a time I needed a taxi, and the assigned front desk helped me to find one. Also, the place is safe for a solo traveler. Thank you.

Liked: Location was good - right next to a train station and good walking distance to things

Disliked: Dirty, dusty, cobwebs everywhere, lack of facilities (only 1 towel in a 2 person room, then when asked for more brought ripped and dirty towels), stairs and fire exits were blocked up with cleaning supplies and linen sheets. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once! We had to move rooms because the first one was dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work. Someone was ringing our room door bell at 1:30AM which kept waking us up when we were already getting up at 5AM to go on a day trip. Staff were lovely however didn’t really seem bothered, there was a language barrier but explained everything through a translator app and they said they understood but still did not rectify issues
