ロケーションもよく快適に過ごせました。朝食のクオリティも高いです。 石畳が多いので大きいスーツケースを運ぶのは不向きかもしれません。

“When I go back to Cesky Krumlov, I will stay here. The location and room was great.”
Liked: Very clean, comfortable room. It was a great place to rest after a long day of exploring Cesky Krumlov. I would recommend staying here and I will be back. Michael was very helpful and offered us suggestions of things to see and do in the area.

“친절한 직원, 좋은 위치, 그러나 애매한 부대시설 서비스”
먼저, 프론트 직원이 너무너무 친절했습니다. 지역 안내와 저의 여러 요청을 웃으면서 잘 해결해주었습니다. 그에 감사함을 다시 전하고 싶습니다. 그리고 위치가 중앙광장에 있어 너무 좋습니다. 여러 관광지를 다니기 편했습니다. 특히, 저희는 성바츨로프 축제기간에 방문하여 축제에 즐기기 좋았습니다. 아. 한가지 더 좋았던 점은 별관을 사용해서 그런지, 축제가 시끄러울까 걱정했었는데 매우 조용히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 방도 매우 넓어서 만족햤습니다. 이처럼, 여러 좋은 점이 있었지만, 아쉬운 점도 있었습니다. 저희는 별관을 사용했는데,.. 끝방이라 와이파이가 거의 열리지 않았습니다. 중앙난방도 10웡부터 가능하다고 해서 추웠습니다. 물론, 친절한 직원이 개별 난방을 주었고, 덕분에 따뜻했습니다만.. 난방 안전장치로 인하여 중간에 꺼지기도 했습니다. 또한 더운물이 일정량을 사용하니 나오지 않았습니다..! 차가운물로 씼는 가족이 있었습니다. 장점이 많지만 보완점도 필요해보입니다. 잘 정비되서 다시 만났으면 좋겠습니다. 감사합니다.

“Ceske Krumlov, a jewel - perfect weekend.”
Liked: perfect location, in the very heart of this beautiful city. a waw! staff was very friendly, and helpfully at any time. we will come back for sure as it's only a 2 1/2 hours driving from Prague. Wish everybody at the Zlaty Andel a very warm and nice day.
Disliked: I think everything so far was fine. no claims, no changes needed.

“Very good”
Liked: We liked that the hotel was in the city center and it was really clean.
Disliked: It's very old the interior of the rooms and it's extremely cold especially at night because their heating wasn't working.

“Lovely hotel in the perfect location”
This hotel is situated right in the heart of the square, which gives it a good vibe. Hotel Zlady Andel is a lovely hotel with a maze of rooms. I was given the cutest solo traveller's room. The bathroom is of a good size, with a big shower-room, a good shower-head, and plenty of surfaces to put out your toiletries. The room I had can be a bit noisy early evening, as it faces a couple of restaurants, but all the noise died by 10.30pm. The buffet breakfast wasn't bad at all - a selection of mainly cold food. Hot food consisted of bacon, sausages, baked beans and eggs. Staff at reception and at breakfast were all very nice. The lady at reception was particularly helpful, as I had to leave my belongings for a few hours, after I checked-out. Many thanks to the very helpful guy who carried my suitcase into the hotel for me, as he noticed I was looking for the entrance! Note to anyone who is wheeling their own suitcase into Cesky Krumlov from the bus-stop, it's all cobblestones downhill!
