I reserved this for me and my girlfriend when I was visiting from out of town. When I arrived I noticed that the outside of the building was nice, but the lobby, hallways and the interior were dirty and in disrepair and smelled like mold. When they gave me my room, as soon as I walked in I noticed the mirror had a broken frame and was on the floor leaning against the wall. The room smelled of mold and had peeling paint and spots where the drywall was broken. I immediately went back to the front desk and told them I was not going to stay. They said they would refund the money to Agoda. I tried to send Agoda a message requesting a refund since I could not stay there due to the deplorable state of the hotel. Due to Agoda's non-refundable rate they did not refund me even under these circumstances. My argument is if it weren't for Agoda I would not have even known about this place. I want my money back.
