“Stay away!!!”

Most god awful hotel ever. Fastest way to ruin a vacation. Front staff and engineer Edward were wonderful. Wouldn't recommend this ghetto place to my worst enemy.

“Dirty Rooms”

The rooms are far from clean. There was hair in my bed, and it smells like someone slept in it right before me. This is disgusting. And when I said they have to change the bedsheets they told me to change it myself because it turns out that the housekeeping is not working at night. Also I felt itchy when I even touch the bed. Horrible. Wish I can get my money. This hotel shouldn’t be on this app.

“Get what you pay for”

Furniture in room is dinged and some holes in walls, overall was pretty clean but really dark, loud, and the lock on our door broke off one night.

“Times Square Hotel”

Good hotel for 4 nights. Staff were friendly. Check-in of 4pm is tricky but Luggage storage was provided. Super close to times square and bunch of restaurants. Room was cleaned during stay. The noise from bathroom exhaust fan all night is minimal. There were no glasses or water provided in the room. The reception water machine was broke after day 1. The overall stay was secure, convenient and easy.

“Best night of NYC stay”

Great room and staff were amazing and really helpful. Shame we only stayed 1 night there. Would definitely recommend.

“Five stars to Eddie and Laquiria!”

I want to commend two employees at this hotel who went truly above and beyond to help solve something that had nothing to do with the hotel - during the first night of my stay, there was construction underground (from NYC, not the hotel) causing the rooms on the first floor to experience extreme noise. Eddie, one of the night team engineers, immediately notified the staff on duty and registered his concern about the impact to guests and with the help of Laquiria at the front desk moved me to a different room on a higher floor. Thank you Eddie, thank you Laquiria for your quick action and concern.

“One and done.”

Liked: The location.

Disliked: There weren’t even any cups or glasses in the room to drink from. They took $100 deposit for incidentals, but there was nothing that was available to purchase so that didn’t make any sense.
