• Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
• Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
• Guests are required to wear proper swimwear to access the swimming pool.
• Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian aged over 18 years.
• Starting October 1st, 2024, hotel will no longer proactively provide single-use amenities in our guest rooms.
• Starting on 1 January 2025, this hotel will no longer provide disposable amenities in accordance with government regulations. If you have any requirements during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk for assistance.
• If guests book a breakfast-included rate, the hotel will provide breakfast only for the number of adults. An additional charge will apply for any extra children staying with an extra or existing bed who wish to have breakfast.
• A child up to 12 years old can stay for free (existing bedding) when sharing a room with paying adult on a room-only rate. Children under 5 years old enjoy a complimentary breakfast, 6-12 incur an extra charge for breakfast. Guests from 13 years old are considered as adults.
• Children aged 12 and under can stay free of charge in the same room as a paying adult, as long as additional bedding is not needed. Children aged 4 and under receive free breakfast. Children aged 5 to 12 will be charged an additional fee for breakfast. Guests aged 13 and over are considered adults.
• When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Hotel will not proactively ask guest to provide personal information or credit card payment by phone or email. If guest receive suspicious messages, guest can contact the hotel service hotline or 165 anti-fraud consultation hotline immediately. In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, if you are accidentally defrauded and suffer losses, please refer to the following three recommended steps: (1) Keep the evidence immediately at the first time. (2) Immediately report to the police to protect your own rights and interests (please remember to ask for the triple report form). (3) If you find that your account has been used, you should immediately notify the bank to which the account belongs.
• Please refer to the official website for the opening hours of the outdoor swimming pool on the 7th floor. Kindly note that the hotel pool is exclusively for in-house guests; outside visitors are not permitted.
• Guests who book through Agoda will receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. The designated parking location is the underground parking lot of Shin Kong Xinyi Financial Building (No. 36 Songren Road). The parking location is the underground parking lot of Breeze Songgao Department Store. Each room is limited to one small vehicle, and the parking period is from 15:00 on the day of check-in to 12:00 noon the next day. Please inform the front desk of your car number when checking in for entry and exit verification. Reservations and holding of parking spaces in advance are not possible. If guests require additional parking and need to park in the underground parking lot of Breeze Songgao Department Store, an additional parking fee of NT$1,200 per room per night will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience. For booking through other agents, parking is not included. If parking is needed during the stay, a parking fee of NT$1,200 per room per night must be paid. The parking location is the underground parking lot of Breeze Songgao Department Store, and the parking period is from 15:00 on the day of check-in to 12:00 noon the next day. Each room is limited to one small vehicle. Please inform the front desk if you need to purchase additional parking when checking in.
