Hung Loan Motel

I always feel a sense of discomfort with AGODA's questions. Whether to recommend to someone or not depends on the person. The room itself was nice and well-equipped, but my room was on the 6th floor, so those who need an elevator should probably avoid it. There are few staff members, so it's best to pay attention to the check-in times.

I think the hotel is great, the owner is affectionate and enthusiastic, and the hotel is right in the center, making it convenient to go anywhere. 10/10.

So i came to this place, described as a hotel. It is not a hotel but a charity boys hostel, like a council block. The view was a brick wall, and the air cond doesnt work. I had to endure 2 full days with an air cond that did nit cool tje room at all. It was very faint and dusty when it blew. I told the woman who owns it, bit she just shrugged. She knows that shes taking advantage and i paid *** dollars per night for a council room. add 2 dollars for tax fees and all then get really annoyed with its false represensation. When you get there, it is behind a dingy alley. Filth everywhere, dark and not safe. Massage palours on the entire strip. The owner is also cruel, i had to drag my luggage down 2 flights, when i was leaving, on my own, the owner laughed seeing how i was struggling. Cruel just soesnt cut it. She then sent her son when i was checking out, why do you need to do that? The mother is evil. both of them laughing at me dragging 2 suitcases down the stairs, im 48. No remorse or no passion and both con artists. alAnd not even assisting. Like mother, like son. Evil when they are just greedy for money, liars misleading selling a hotel when it is actually a very old worn down council boys hostel and to make matters worse, the air con did not work. Despite telling her several times can ypu please fix the air con, she just shrugged. When i came she was all smiles, once moneys changed she was nasty, for no reason. Greed just changes their personality it is very strange. Its just a scam. Shes put bedding on to look like a hotel, and photo shopped windows that is dirty, old and batter in real life. Didnt even close at all as it was off its frame. And then its behind a dirty dark alley, smells awful, rats running around and dark. I was too scared to go out at night and had to endure a sauna situation. I explained to her im from a cold country, she did nothing to help. Im tired of these scam sellers, cheating foreigners and denying then basic rights of air con. She even had a fan downstairs which she refused to give! Wasnf even being used. That tells you a lot. Nasty. Will not rent hotwls again, as they are dirty, no worming air con and the owners are greedy. Charging high prices and not even giving ypu baisics of a air con. The bed was hard and even had a cockroach killed on the other bed, which i didnt use. Id never book there again. Or any hotel where its not a chain, they just scam you. Charge high and them mocks that youre paying high and dont even give you what you paid for and lie about the rooms description. No water was given considering how high priced the room was. Just a mockery. Its just so disrespectful treating foreigbers like banks, whilst cashing in on lies. So deceitful with zero remose and zero shame. They dont even care if youre an old woman, that tells tou a lot about their natude. Never will i give asia and charity for the rest of my life. The coldness is unheard of in the west. Dead souls. Zero empathy, zero compassion. Imagine watching an old woman struggle down 2 flights and laugh with your big down son. What example does that set? They arent raised correctly. Shameful. They only care about ripping you off. Disgustingly greedy. Zero morals at all! Then when i waseaving she asked my taxi driver where i was going. No respect for privace. Animalistic behaviour i never see in my country. They have zero manners!

Tried to charge us extra for 1 of our children but booking clearly showed I booked for correct number/price. Was very rude and unwelcome and set the unenjoyable tone for the stay. Give your money where it’s welcome. Place isn’t that clean or nice either.

I have stayed in this motel for 3 days in total. It was quite a good stay for me. I have stayed with my friend. Near to the beach, good value for money. The owner Mrs. Loan is very kind. She facilitated all the things we need. All the places are very nearby.

- No elevator - The room is moldy, stuffy, and has all kinds of insects - Towels, blankets, pillows, furniture, etc... All items in the room have not been replaced and are covered in dirt - Booking through Agoda does not match what was received upon check-in - Arrived for check-in and waited endlessly with no assistance, and the heat was like a furnace - On the plus side, the location is close to My Khe beach and can be reached on foot - Will not return

Do Not Book Expecting a Hotel ​Advertised as "Hotel Hung Loan," but the physical property is Boy House hostel / Motel Hung Loan. Photos and location do not match what is listed on the booking site. Total misrepresentation of property class and setup.

The location on Agoda does not match, everyone. The downside of this hotel is that there is no sign and no elevator. The price is okay, suitable for those who do not have very high demands.
