Hyatt Centric Mg Road Bangalore

Worst experience worst reap staff and staff accepted hotel mistakes directly and without apology to clients they negligence with client stay not care about reviews I recommend not book HYAT centric

Liked: Location

Disliked: Rooms were small/TV did not work

Pool area was nice along with the breakfast/bar area nearby. Saw the match on the big screen. Cost is slightly high but you are at a good location. Lobby area is cramped. Rooms are decent but small. Overall a decent stay.

Liked: Friendly treat

To start of with, the check in experience was horrible. Day before they called couple of times to confirm the check in timing. I mentioned that we will be there by 3 PM, despite that I made to wait 20 mins saying room is not ready when we arrived at 3:45PM. After complaining again and again, they just gave us the key. No luggage assistance, no information provided of breakfast timing and any other thing. Room was very small and to our surprise it was assigned to someone else as the note which was present in the room had someone else’s name. At breakfast, staff were rude and in so much rush. They were focussed on closing the buffet rather than providing basic service. Avoid it by all means.

Liked: Staff hospitality was great, small gym but very handy with good equipments. Food was very good as well

Liked: I love this hotel, nice and clean, the best part was the water pressure in the shower. Loved the selection of food for breakfast.

Liked: Location, cleanliness

Disliked: We were on 11th floor and there was music playing till midnight probably on terrace, so not peaceful at all. Too small compared to other hotels in the vicinity.
