Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta

Liked: Proximity to key places

Disliked: Quality of services

Liked: We love this hotel! The location is great. The facilities are nice and so is the staff. This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It’s our go to hotel when in Atlanta.

Liked: The room was spacious and quite beautiful. We even had a corner window. Bed was comfortable.

Disliked: There are signs of cutting corners that could easily make it feel like they were attentive to our needs. Two bottles of water were in the room, but they cost $4 each, if you weren't a member. Come on! They're fifty cent bottles of water. Just give them to us as a perk. There were only two cardboard cups for coffee/tea - then you had to use them to brush your teeth, too. Four cups is too much to ask?! And how about two comfortable chairs instead of one? Plenty of room. It doesn't take much to make sure the little details are welcoming, so the (expensive) room does feel chintzy.

Liked: The location, cleaners and the staff.
