“I picked an excellent hotel since I had never been to Tulsa.”

Liked: Breakfast was excellent tasting and well stocked. There was a great variety of food and everything was fresh and hot!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was like a family. I would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Tulsa.

“DISAPPOINTING DUE TO ADVERTISED AMENITIES THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED.”

Liked: THE BEDS WERE COMFY, ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. CHECK IN EASY.

Disliked: MY MAIN ISSUE IS THAT I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THE WEBSITE STATES THE BAR AND RESTAURANT WERE OPEN TIL 11PM ON SATURDAY NIGHT. THE MAJORITY OF THE HOTEL WAS THERE FOR THE SAME CONCERT EVENT. WE EVEN ASKED THE BARTENDER BEFORE WE LEFT AND HE TOLD US OF COURSE IF A BUSY NIGHT WE STAY OPEN LATER THAN 11 EVEN. AS SOON AS THE CONCERT ENDED I EVEN CALLED (WE HAD A UNDER 10 MINUTE WALK BACK). IT WAS 10:15 AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE COOK AND THE BARTENDER BOTH DECIDED TO CLOSE JUST BEFORE 10!!!!!! WE WERE STARVING AND OBVIOUSLY SO WAS MOST OF THE HOTEL! UBER EATS FINALLY GOT FOOD TO US AROUND 12:15 A.M!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING FOR SURE!!!
