Liked: Sheets and pillows so nice.

Disliked: No bottled water offered in room.

Liked: It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it! The location is perfect, especially for the marathon. You’re right on Michigan Avenue, next to the river and close to Centennial Park. If you get tired or want to return to the hotel to shower and change clothes, you’re right in the heart of the city, so it’s super convenient. The bed is also very comfortable!

Disliked: The shower is not the best I ever had. For me is not a big deal, but my wife complained a little bit because of the volume of water is not the best the wash the hair.

Liked: it is a beaautiful hotel with great location on the river. The room met our needs for cleanliness, safety and amenities.

Disliked: When we checked in, on a busy night for us, we were given the keys to a room that was not ready (6:30P.M.)! The maids were finishing up the room. We were in a hurry to get to an event, so were very disappointed at having to wait.

Liked: Location is okay, still 15 min walking distance to Millenium Park and Magnificent Mile, etc. Rooms are super expensive for $1,000/ night and they cannot even provide free water bottles and bathrobe and slippers. Rooms are not carpeted so the sound bounces back, you can hear the sound from hallway too, so walls are not sound proof!

Disliked: Front staff at checkout could have been more curious! A simple thank you have a safe trip home would have been nice, vs rolling your eyes at me for looking over my receipt.
