Maybe it's this hotel, or maybe it's just this season, but something was wrong. The front desk did respond, but they didn't solve anything. Since I wanted a solution, that was very frustrating. The hotel itself is very clean, but guests — a large family — would stand in the hallway talking and knock on doors. Even after we moved to a different room, a big group of men, maybe playing games, were so noisy past 11 p.m. that we couldn't sleep. The final room they moved us to was underground. It was certainly quiet, but for this price? As an apology they offered tea at 15% off... When we ordered room service it took about an hour to arrive. Maybe this isn't a five-star level of service — even if they're busy. At least tell guests in advance how long things will take if it's busy. I've been visiting India on and off for about ten years and sometimes treat myself to luxury hotels, but this is the first time I felt the price did not match the hotel. I won't stay here again, and I probably won't recommend it to friends.

The property is beautifully made in traditional rajathani architecture style, the rooms are big clean and modern each room having a small courtyard outside. The staff tries to make the guests feel attented and chcek on them often. The food was decent and had a good variety, when we were staying there was an event leading to full occupancy the hotel staff pre informed all guests about breakfast being organised in all the restaurants of yhe property which was a good oversight on their part. The pool definitely needs more regular cleaning. The distance from the main city is far, keeping traffic in mind duting peak hours close to an hour away from centre. All in all a good choice for a short stay where we did not need to head into the city very frequently.

Disliked: It's very very far from the main city. Just at the opposite side of jaipur end.

Liked: The staff was very courteous and helpful. Room. were spacious and comfortable

Disliked: The restaurant menus are rather limited for a five star and do not have basic things like soups etc.
