“Exceptional”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel as a family of two adults and a small child. One of the biggest advantages is the free airport shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes according to a reliable schedule(both ways). There is also a direct local bus 5-7 minutes from the hotel to Amsterdam city centre, which makes getting around very convenient. The breakfast was quite good, with enough options to enjoy a proper, filling meal. The hotel itself is very nice, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed regularly. Another great detail is that you can get free hot water for tea at the reception, which is very useful if you need to prepare something for you or your child in the evening. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Excellent and compact”
We stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport. The room was bright and clean. The shuttle bus is about a 15 minutes trip to the airport. It was a very brief stay but met our expectations of a clean budget hotel.

“Good”
The staff are all very nice. The breakfast is good and freshly baked breads are all tasty. The location is really nice and the shuttle service is so efficient. The only thing i dont like is the toilet with no faucet haha. As a Filipina, we use water for everything, but i think that is the standard toilet in Europe.

“Good for short stay”
I stayed for 1 night because I had an early flight. Another reason was because they provided shuttle service from and to Schiphol. The downside of this shuttle: it could be very crowded as it also serves other Ibis in the area. When I arrived, the receptionist sort of ignored me. I was finally asked if I was together with the group of Asian tourists that came in the same shuttle bus. When I tried to speak in Dutch, somehow she kept talking in English to me. But when registration was done, I heard her speaking in Dutch to her colleagues. Anyway, if you just need a place to sleep before your flight or if you land late and there is no option to go straight to your end destination, this is an ok hotel. It's Ibis. And it's budget. The best perk, I would say, is the shuttle from and to Schiphol.

“Above average”
Liked: The room was extremely small and the bed was uncomfortable. But it is ok if you have a short stay like we did (1 night as a last minute option). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle from and to the airport is very convenient and works well.
