I found it unbelievably clean, very cooperative staff specially boy at the reception. Free juices and water. Clean wash room and good space in rooms

“Okay”
Good for the price. They only clean on the third day. Although they forgot to clean our room for the third day despite us telling them. But staff were friendly and helpful. This is a budget hotel, so you can get hot water at the lobby. Location is great right next to kronenburg tram station, which is a few stops to station zuid.

“Quite okay”
The room for 3 of us was spacious with a medium sized plastic table and 2 plastic chairs. No amenities provided except hand soap and body wash+shampoo. The location is nearer to the airport with a quite neighbourhoods. If you are on budget, this can be your option.

“Very tiny room and Bad morning shift supervisor”
i booked Ibis Budget Amsterdam South because I had a super busy schedule and just needed a place to sleep. Thanks for nothing, I guess, at least you gave me a bed! The rooms are tiny like a shoe box. No cups, no spoons, no phone to call reception, and no daily cleaning at all. Nobody bothers to clean anything. But the absolute worst part was dealing with the morning shift supervisor. She is exceptionally rude, hostile, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. She acts as if she is running a cheap street kiosk rather than working in a professional hotel. I was grabbing a disposable paper cup every day near reception. There was NO price label anywhere on or around the cups, and no staff member ever mentioned a cost. Suddenly, this lady comes running after me like I am a thief, shouting at me that a paper cup costs 3 Euros! The utter lack of professionalism and disrespect for guests is mind-blowing. I will NEVER set foot in this hotel again. A piece of advice to management: you have a young Tunisian guy at reception who is polite, respectful, and actually knows how to communicate with human beings. Make HIM the supervisor please he will do change to CS

Easy access by tram, bus and metro. It's a quiet area. But I can hardly find restaurant, Lidl, Albert hejirn nearby. Breakfast costs 14.5£,however it's the same breakfast every morning,so I only went for two mornings
