“Less than average.”

Liked: Staff was not friendly yet not impolite. They won't do awake-up call, I fell off the twin bed sleeping. It'sa bit narrow. The tempperature was cold as the heating had not yet been turned on. The elevators were hard to use and onestopped working altogether as I and another guest were inside trying to go down to check-out. We took the stairs after several attempts. No refigerator but I should have noticed that when I booked.

Disliked: Close to train station and old town aswell as a huge shopping mall. All very walkable.

“At the Reception the staff was very nice, friendly and tried to do everything so as to improve the situation. Your hotel”

Liked: The place where it is located

Disliked: For this NOT budget price the bed in the Room 337 had bed bugs!!!, the bed looked like that somebody has just jumped out of it, no coffee/tea maker, no microwave, no complimentary food that supposed to be in budget hotels. I was upset to get in this hotel. If the price were $30-$40/per night without minimum equipment (coffee/tea maker and microwave), it would be expected, but for $80/night it’s extremely expensive!

“Perfect for anyone looking to sightsee at an affordable price”

Liked: The room was much better than we had anticipated for the status of the hotel had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location to the train station and walking distance to the main town for sightseeing

Disliked: The only negative we had were that the pillows were incredibly thin and uncomfortable and we had a light flickering in our room however we were able to substitute it for having another light on and for the price we paid it didn’t impact our stay

“Enough for a short 3 night stay wouldn’t want to stay any longer”

Liked: Location great.

Disliked: The rooms are so basic, I get the idea of being budget but wouldn’t class the price as aligning with how basic this is, the pictures need to match the ibis budget the ibis next door it seems the images are merged and misleading. I think you could get a better room elsewhere in similar location for the same price and it be better.
