“Great Breakfast, Convenient Location”
The breakfast was wonderful, and the location is very convenient, with easy access to RER E. The hotel is in a generally safe area, close to a beautiful canal and a charming neighbourhood. Just a little tip: avoid heading too far to the right when leaving the hotel entrance, as that area feels less pleasant.

“Horrible experience”
We booked this hotel, but when we arrived at around 9 pm, the receptionist assigned us a handicapped room. The toilet was disappointing and looked quite unpleasant. the aircon was not working and there's no fan so we open the window and there were mosquitoes in the room! (Level 2). We requested to change rooms, but the night-shift receptionist told us we had to wait until the next morning because her computer mouse was not working and she couldn't do anything about it. This was frustrating, especially after a long journey. The next morning, at around 8 am, we went to the reception and showed the morning-shift receptionist a photo of the room we had originally booked. She was very kind and meantime surprised why we had gotten a handicapped room! and apologised immediately before arranging a room change for us. Thankfully, the new room was excellent! It was aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and much more pleasant to stay in. It was also on a higher floor(Level 4), and we didn't encounter any mosquitoes there. Aircon was working too! Overall, the new room made a big difference to our stay. We really appreciated the morning-shift receptionist's helpfulness and professionalism, but the initial room allocation and the way our request was handled at night were disappointing.

“Family Adventure”
Great staff, well resourced amenities, clean, comfortable rooms and did I mention that the staff are so welcoming and accommodating! I would recommend 100%. Will return again one day.

Disliked: bathroom had a smell of sewage; noisy (noise insulation is not great)

“Staff very unhelpful but good location”
Liked: Close to the metro station about 20 minutes to central Paris.
Disliked: Booked 3 singles plus 1 bunk and was told this was not possible on arrival due to being a double, single and bunk. The double was 2 beds pushed together but hotel still refused to set up as singles as advertised on booking.com. Sink was leaking in the bathroom.

“Cost efficient stay with comfortable beds but low quality rooms”
Liked: The beds were very comfortable! The staff was super nice
Disliked: It was dirty and unkempt, the drains were smelly and we had a broken light that was able to be switched off and also couldn’t be fixed
