ibis budget Singapore Imperial

It’s walkable from Lavender MRT. There is convenience store near the hotel. They do not serve any mineral water in the room but there is water dispenser at the lobby id you want to refill your bottle. Front desk really nice and helpful (i could get my room earlier)

I know this is a budget hotel. But i dont know if there is no refrigerator in the room. Bathroom is okay, there is spray for toilet. Hot water also good

Liked: Location is excellent, mrt, shop, restaurant nearby. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Some wardrobe or facility to hang clothes would be a plus.

Although I had a deep and refreshing night's sleep, there is one, and only one thing that needs to be addressed and this has been commented on by many others previously. Why is the bathroom floor dead level -like a billiard table? When taking a shower, the slope of the tiles is not directed to the drain. It's dead flat so water runs all over the bathroom. When you step out of the shower to dry yourself, the rest of the bathroom is covered in a pool of water. Not acceptable! Spend some money and get it retiled so that water flows towards the drain. Other than that, I was perfectly happy. PS - I was in Room 228.

Great location for food and transpo. Just the smell of the room.

Good hotel, near the train station and bus lines

Convenient - near MRT station, food court, Supermarket, mall. Staff not friendly. Hotel room is small and poor soundproof. Our family member only accompanied us during check-in, followed us to our room, and then left together with us. She was not staying overnight. However she has been requested to show ID for visitor registration. My friend visited other Ibis Hotel and she do the same, but visitor registration not required. Not sure whether this rule is apply on certain Ibis.
