“Inadequate facilities”

There is no hair dryer and the bathroom light was not working

“Above average”

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. In the twin beded room one leg of the bed was near about broken. The receptionist noted the complaint, but no rectification or alteration had found!

“Nothing good for this money”

what we ordered or received is like night and day: the sink and shower were not in a separate room but just in the room. water was running from the sink, the curtains didn't work, the electric lock didn't work, the room wouldn't close. just a tragedy, not a hotel

“Convenient Location and Pleasant Stay”

Overall, everything was fine. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, with a subway station nearby. A pleasant stay and good value for money.

“Good for a short stay”

Property is close to Vienna Bus Station around 5-8 minute walk. Facilities were very basic and just good for 1-2 nights stay. Staff were very nice and helpful.

“Clean and well located”

The hotel is clean, and the staff is nice. The metro station is located 7-10 minutes walk. Next to the hotel, there are a couple of supermarkets. The room is a little basic, but good enough for a good stay.

“Fine”

I've stayed in ibis budget hotels before so I knew what to expect. A recurring issue is the bathroom/shower where the shower never has a proper door so if you're staying with someone else (which I never do in these hotels because of this exact issue) do not expect to keep any secrets from each other while showering because everything is on display. Other than that the room was fine, exactly what you'd expect from a simple hotel room. The location was quite far out of the center but easily reachable by public transport in about 20 minutes. I would probably pick a different place next time just to be closer to the center but if that doesn't bother you then I would recommend this hotel

“Accessible to your needs”

The 3 main supermarkets in Vienna are all just a few steps outside the hotel - Hofer, Billa, SPAR! That’s just the nicest thing bec everything is pricey in Vienna so if you wanted to purchase souvenirs or chcolates or anything that you can find in a supermarket, it’s easily accessible and available. It’s quite far though from the centre but public transpo is just a few steps outside as well so there’s not much worry on that. The surroundings looks safe as well.
