“Very good”
Liked: Staff were really kind and helpful. Comfy and clean room with enough space for resting. Pillows were better than I expected.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay, but coffee is essential and it was really bad, sorry:( Need electric socket close to bed for charging.

“Vienna is Beautiful”
Liked: The breakfast was great, many items to choose from to fit any diet. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. The room was simple in design but adequate. Bath towels were provided. There were some food options in the area and public transportation was within walking distance.
Disliked: The location was away from the main areas we frequented.

“The stay was good.”
Liked: The room was clean and well maintained. It was very well located with a metro station less that 100m away. Just needed 3 metro stops to reach city center.
Disliked: Though priced a little higher than the near by properties, some basic amenities like water kettle and coffee preparing basic stuff were not available in the room. The breakfast was very much limited with not much options.

“I liked to stay here and I will come again.”
Liked: The hotel is very close to the subway station. It is close to the city center. It is close to the Prater.
Disliked: The cost of the parking it seems to high. I can't say that it is anything else that I didn't like.

“Not the first choice but considering you wanted a room with a moderate budget it is fine.”
Liked: I think the breakfast was good. other than that I wasnt sure what was the difference between an normal IBIS and a budget IBIS
Disliked: I had reached an hour early prior to the checkin time but almost had to wait till the checkin time to get the room, was given a room right opposite to the room where construction work was happening. Although the notice was put up but a new guest hardly would notice such posts, It is the responsibility of the staff to provide heads up of such inconveniences. Plus the hotel looked very dated.
