“Good hotel”

Good hotel. But there’s no toothpaste and toothbrush provided. No drinking water also, you have to buy it. But the staff are all very nice and kind.

Location at Bath Road, otherside of terminal. Local bus station is 10min away from the hotel. No fridge in the room.

“Disappointing stay at Heathrow”

The rooms and the lifts are exceptionally small and when we arrived there was bus loads of people trying to check in with only 2 staff on duty. Check in took about 30 mins. The rooms are super small at only 16M3 not big enough when travelling with suitcases.

This hotel really takes care of you for the time you are there. The staff are so helpful from the moment you enter the hotel plus the cleaners do a fantastic job with the room before and when you go for breakfast in the restaurant. 100% good 👍🏽😃

“Budget friendly hotel”

Nearby bus stop, budget friendly and a decent size room. You just need to pay extra for parking a car and some basic hygiene utilities is not available in the room. When you message on whatsapp they don't answer right away and does not give you what you need. It's like do it yourself when you need something. Though I understand as they do not have that much employee and it is a budget hotel.
