“Awfull Experience”

I paid to Agoda directly and once i reached the hotel eithin 2hrs, they said its not paid so i have to pay again at the hotel counter one more time. Without payment i can not enter the room they said even i show them my receipt comes from agoda. I have waited 1hr and they said now its ok you can enter the room. Meantime they refuse tonreqch agoda customer service, it was not their problem. I tried to reach agoda but i also i could not reached onyone. It was like a disaster for me and also the room was bad that i expected. In conclusion i wont recommend anyone.
