“Low budget hotel”
Not worth the price.

“Location is okay for the price; clean and comfortable but dated rooms need renovation”
Liked: There are 2 lines of metro nearby (5 and 7). The walk to the metro stations is okay (for line 5, you have to use a pedestrian bridge to cross the canal). The room is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The location is a bit far from the city centre. The room is a bit old. I'd not recommend drinking the tap water in your room (there's a filtered water dispenser in the hotel lobby). The sealing for the shower in my room was missing some parts, so it was hard to not get the outside floor wet.

“Surrounding environment”
There is a canal right in front, making it nice for a walk, and it is a residential area, so it's quiet. However, there are no convenience facilities like supermarkets or restaurants nearby, which is a bit inconvenient. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away, but at night, the surrounding residential area can feel a bit uncomfortable for moving around.

“Great place to stay when in Paris”
It has everything you need for a short stay visiting the capital. Canal nearby for walks, Zenith concert hall for gigs. Metro for trips into the centre and all at a reasonable price. Recommended.

“The location is disappointing, but the cost-performance is good.”
It was a bit of a hassle to get to the hotel that I mistakenly booked, but considering the crazy prices in Paris, the value for money is good. It's a pity that there are no supermarkets or bakeries nearby, but the park is nice!

“Location was okaish, the rooms were small.”
The room was much much smaller than the pictures, i only went to sleep so it was okay. They didnt have kettle or coffee in the room. There was no water provided so u have to go and refill from the cafe downstairs or buy them.

“Good location and connectivity, but the hotel and room were poorly maintained.”
Liked: The location was good, with convenient transport connections to the city centre.
Disliked: The hotel was not very well maintained. The room felt quite rough and could have been in better condition, and the curtains were torn. Overall, the room would benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment.
