“Pleasant stay with good transport options”
Overall, it was a good stay at Ibis Praha Mala Strana. The transit links here are phenomenal. Bus 191 takes you directly from the airport straight to the hotel, and you can easily reach the main railway station (Praha hl.n.) by taking Tram 9 from Anděl. The Anděl transport hub itself is just a 3-minute walk away, and there is a Tesco right next door. I only used an Uber once during my entire trip; otherwise, it was incredibly easy to get around using the trams and buses. I highly recommend downloading the PID Lítačka app to buy your tickets and day passes seamlessly. Just remember to activate your ticket in the app before boarding, and you won't need to validate anything at the physical terminals inside the vehicles. A major shopping center, along with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants, is well within walking distance. If you prefer to order in, Wolt delivers directly to the hotel without any issues. The staff was very accommodating. I asked about a late checkout at 7:30 AM on my departure day, and they kindly allowed me to stay until 1:00 PM free of charge. The rooms are standard and basic. Just keep in mind that there is no iron, ironing board, or kettle provided in the room—a kettle would be a really nice addition if management decides to upgrade amenities. The bathroom layout is also a bit tight, with the shower situated right next to the toilet. Tip for future travelers: Be prepared to pay the local Prague city tax directly at the hotel (around 50 CZK per person, per night). This is collected separately at the property and is not included in the initial booking amount paid via Booking.com or other platforms.

“Decent Stay, but Service Could Be More Accommodating”
One of the receptionists was quite strict and wouldn't allow me to bring a tall glass to my room to take my meds. Thankfully, the Asian receptionist was more helpful and let me borrow one. Other than that, the hotel was decent for travelers.

“Convenient location and thoughtful service for a comfortable stay.”
Convenient location and attentive service for a comfortable stay. Overall experience was great, with outstanding value for money. The location is convenient, making travel arrangements worry-free. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, with smooth communication that makes you feel valued. Cleanliness and facilities are good, but there is still room for improvement; if further attention is given to detail maintenance and facility enhancement, the overall experience would be even better. In summary, it's a lodging option worth considering.

“The accommodation had a very good location.”
It is located about a 5-minute walk from Anděl Station, with large supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, fast food, and a tram station about 3 minutes away on foot. It is not far from Charles Bridge and other tourist attractions, and the staff was also friendly.

“Transportation hub, local atmosphere”
It is located near Andel station, about a 20-30 minute walk from major tourist attractions. If you don't want to walk, you can take a tram or subway to explore, and this neighborhood has a nice atmosphere. There is a Tesco and a shopping center with a food court right next to the hotel, and many local restaurants offer meals that are 20-30% cheaper than tourist spots. There is a high foot traffic, so there is daily busking and street markets. Being a transportation hub, the FlixBus stop is a 5-minute walk away... If you consider the cost-performance ratio, I would probably choose to come back here again.

“Ok. But lots of add in prices”
It seems that Ibis tempts you in with the room price and then adds over the top prices. Two nights parking = £45 Breakfast = €20 each. The hotel was nice. Staff were ok. The underground car park is a joke - waited 20 minutes for the lift because it is shared with the cleaning staff and they had it full of trolleys with sheets and blankets. Got totally sick of waiting and went to find a stairwell, only to find it alarmed. Park elsewhere and you will save on both the coat and the time. The bar was very busy on Saturday evening, but they closed it at 22.45, because I guess it was too much effort for them.
