“Comfortable and clean but noisy corridor”
Liked: Well placed for the conference centre, clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Rooms were near the lift lobby so was a fair amount of noise of people coming and going especially as there is a water fountain in the lobby so people congregated there.

“Krakow Ibis Fabulous”
Liked: Staff were great so helpful. Location was also great and they helped us navigate around Krakow. The room was great. Loved that there were coffee tea and water facilities freely available.

“Enjoyable.”
Liked: Good breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff. Only three tram stops or short cab journey to/from the old town.
Disliked: I would have preferred the bar to stay open a little later.

“Very good”
Liked: The building looks nice from the outside, and the lobby and bar area downstairs are lovely (though I didn't get the chance to use the bar). Reception staff were friendly, answered my questions, and kindly let me check in early. The room made a good first impression, the bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I slept well. I also really enjoyed the Polish breakfast. Overall the staff were nice to deal with.
Disliked: The location is worth a mention. It's a bit out from the Old Town, a quick tram ride or around 15 minutes by taxi. The only slightly tricky part is working out which tram stops and lines actually serve it, which can be confusing if you're not from here. For this price, you can find somewhere a bit closer to the centre. At check-in, a few basic things weren't explained to me. I only discovered as I was leaving that there are tea and coffee facilities and a water fountain in the hallway on my floor, and nobody mentioned that you need to scan your key card on the wall to use the lift, which was confusing. Breakfast was similar to a lesser extent: they take your room number but don't explain anything else. The staff are pleasant, but quite passive. The room number handwritten on my key card holder also looked like 290, a room that doesn't exist, when it was actually 240. A member of housekeeping helped me find it in the end, but became frustrated and a bit short with me along the way. I don't want that to overshadow what was otherwise friendly service, but a quick rundown of these basics at check-in would make a big difference to how comfortable and informed guests feel. The room itself is quite dimly lit at night, which made packing for an early departure difficult. There's no safe, which mattered to me, and the TV had no signal, with no way to stream or cast from my own phone instead. More generally, the place has a rather corporate feel, and it gives the impression that costs have been kept down wherever possible rather than focusing on the guest. At around €90–100 a night, I'd expect a bit more.

“Overall a good hotel for the price just don't expect too much.”
Liked: Overall couldn't ask for more. Nothing was excellent but neither was anything bad. Would use again in the future for sure.
Disliked: The AC in our room was very loud, particularly at night. Room was strangely lit with no main ceiling light. Water pressure in shower was low. Room service was a bad experience as we had to collect ourselves and there was no one to collect afterwards. Food and plates were left in our room afterwards. Room colours are cold and a bit sad.
