“Great Location with Easy Access to Public Transport”

Great location! The train station and bus stops are just 5 minutes walk away, making it really convenient to get around. The room was okay and had everything we needed for our stay. There is also a paid laundry facility on level 8 and 11, which is handy.

“Great location is the only thing going for them. Bad customer services and bad management. Won’t stay here again!!”

Liked: The location was great, it was close walking distance to the museum train station. Also very close to shopping and places to eat.

Disliked: The staff need to work on customer services. The first receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. I had two different bookings, she said she could not find my second booking. She did not want to look for it or help me. It wasn’t until another receptionist helped me and found my second booking within 2 minutes. While staying there the housekeeper cleared out my room, all my things were gone. When I asked my it was cleared out they could not tell me why. I was frustrated it took over half an hour for my things to be found and brought back to me. They had thrown everything in the fridge into the bin. If I hadnt had pushed for it to be replaced it would not have.

“Clean and comfortable”

This Hotel is situated within walking distance to two trains stations and walking distance China Town and Westfield Sky Tower, lovely staff. Just coukd do with Gluten free options on room service menu. Was great to leave our bags in storage before and after stay - staff very helpful. Would stay again
