Good location, steps away from the darling harbour, but the room condition is dated and need refurbishment.
Liked: Central location, great staff
Disliked: No view. Hasn't changed at all in 10 years. Disappointing really

Disliked: There were no bedside tables??? The room was smelling very damp; I had a hard time sleeping on my first night. Beddings didn't feel/look as clean. One pillow had a fresh dirt! I made sure to place it on the one side. Dark room and very outdated and i saw ball of accumulated fluff on the floor/corner. Stayed for 3 nights but there was nothing in the fridge! only 2 pieces of tea bag, nothing else that I can remember For the price paid $250/night - decent and clean room was expected. Breakfast for $29 - very average. Coffee machine was broken during breakfast time. I only had to have 1 breakfast and didn't go back. It was hard to complain at that time as there was no time. We were on a tight business schedules.
Clean room with city view, close to everything.
Staff were awesome and helpful. Enjoyed my stay after going to a concert that evening. The room is cozy and has all you need. Pleased with the firmness of the bed, and had an amazing sleep.
