“Very good”
Liked: Great location, it was easy to get to other parts of the city. The restaurant was good. The staff were polite and helpful. My room had a nice view. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no safe in the room. My room looked out on the avenue and it was very noisy at night, so I had to use earplugs. I only got one card for my room and if I forgot it, the employees wouldn't give me another one, they would send someone to open the room instead.

“There have to be better options”
Liked: Nice location. Easy to reach the center.
Disliked: Wifi didn't reach the room, so impossible to get any work done No Netflix. Only one room key for two people. Toilet easily clogged.

“Nice room but extremely noisy”
Liked: Hotel is modern, room is spacious, staff is kind, bar is convenient
Disliked: The room with balcony on the first floor is extremely noisy. The window does not filter any noise even if closed and the balcony is right on a very trafficated road. Window should definitely be improved. Impossible to have a good night of rest. It is absurd considering that the balcony should be an upgrade.

“Modern and contemporary hotel with great location”
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the Ikonik Hotel in Puebla. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of the historic center, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their great service really added to the overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at the Ikonik Hotel again when visiting Puebla!
Disliked: The only minor detail was the water pressure at the bathroom sink, which could have been a little stronger. Other than that, everything was excellent.

“Loved It!”
Liked: A very lovely themed hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishing. Rooms were well equipped and extremely clean. Kudos to all the staff there because they were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was excellent too- all major attractions in the historic downtown are within walking distance!

“Great value and location. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely revisit.”
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location and spectacular view of Cinco de Mayo parade. Very clean. Hot shower (took time to figure out how it worked). The in suite coffee maker and daily coffee provided was really good and so convenient. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I was disappointed there was no laundry service as advertised. Breakfast was underwhelming, but not all options were tried.
