Liked: Its near the train station so you can go to different cities by train or by the inter bus. But if you need to go to the city center of catania, you have ro walk for around 30mins or take the bus. Its equipped with the air con, washing machine and kitchen with fridge.

Disliked: There has been some mosquitoes and ants in the room. You have to bring your own toilet paper cuz they only provide one roll for your whole stay. The room is next to the roas so you have to close the windows and curtain usually.

Liked: It was close to the tourist area, a pleasant space

Disliked: We didn't receive any service at the apartment, the extra bed was uncomfortable, and there was only one quill for two people. It's important to clarify that the extra charge had to be paid in cash since we only accept cards. Also, the attitude of the person who checked us in was a bit rude; it's understandable that they were tired, but we paid extra to be able to use the apartment.

Liked: Phenomenal silence at night, I cannot remember this silence anywhere I travelled to! If you value a good night sleep, this is definitely the place to choose. The outside terrace for our particular and exclusive use was a great addition to the place. It adds to it and extends the space in a great way. The location of the place is absolutely great, minutes away from the center of the city and the way to get there is safe, easy and through an elegant neighborhood. The closeness to the Coop supermarket is awesome, that place is packed with everything you can think of that you can need as groceries and is literally meters away. The airconditioning facility makes the place quite comfortable and adaptable to your own preferences. The host was great, very responsive.

Disliked: The staircase to go to bed is noisy and abrupt. Having the bed on a different floor from the bathroom is not great. However, this stair is actually the one that gives awesome functionality to the entire place so maybe some cosmetic adjustments to make it less noisy would be great. Also, the bathroom mirror is a bit too high, smaller people can't see themselves in it!:)

Liked: The apartment is cozy and spotlessly clean, with good facilities. The location is very convenient as it is close to the bus stop from the airport as well as good bars, restaurants, and the historical center of Catania. Despite its central position, the apartment is also very quiet. The host is super friendly and kind, I would definitely go back to this apartment

Liked: Beds were comfortable! Given we just traveled to 8 different locations across Italy and this was the final stop, got to say these were the most comfortable beds in Italy. Nicely stocked with spices, soaps, and other basic necessities. All amenities functioned as expected, which was a plus! The apartments were very clean.

Disliked: Check in process was a huge frustration. Upon arrival, we found we were not given an actual address, thankfully a worker on the street knew where our unit was and let us into the building. Also, the posted check in time is really late, 17:30, but when we arrived at 17:30 the cleaner needed an extra hour, making the time to access the apartment past 18:30. When we tried to get clarification from the host, we did not get a response. Once we finally were allowed to check in, there was an hour of explanation and extra paper work for taxes (you'll need to pay even more to the city above the price on booking.com). Finally, We feel there was some false advertising in the booking.com listing. The listing includes pictures of a terrace, thus our expectation was to have access to this common area of the complex. However upon arrival, we were denied access because we didn't book the specific apartment that had access to the terrace in the sub menu (we booked the other 2).
