Liked: Quiet courtyard to dine comfortably, nice bed and kitchen has everything!

Disliked: The bathroom might need to be remodeled to make it more appealing

Liked: Great and convenient location in Ortigia, easy to check in, welcome amenities, A/C, small kitchenette for longer stays, private courtyard.

Disliked: A bit of a mold problem under the sink. The hair dryer should be stored somewhere else.

Liked: Nice location, nice place, all facilities are good, easy check in

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: It was clean and comfortable and there was secure bike parking in the courtyard.

Disliked: It is very close to 3 heavy doors which made a lot of noise every time someone entered or exited the building. Therefore it was not very relaxing for sleeping.

Liked: I had been traveling a long time through Italy and booked this apartment for a week..It was perfect.. Everything was excellent from the washer, refrigerator and cooking facilities and it was so nice to relax and just enjoy being there..Rita the cleaning girl came every morning to the courtyard and was always cheerful and sweet.. Jessica was very prompt in answering me and messaging when needed, and her husband was so incredibly kind and helpful..I loved being there and just enjoying that everything WORKED..I mean in Italy sometimes you find small showers or things that don't always properly work..Not here.. Everything was perfect..You could walk anywhere you wanted to go or you could sit in the courtyard and just talk to other travelers in the different apartments..I enjoyed my stay there more than anywhere else and I hope to come back next year and stay again..May is the perfect weather and not as busy but the restaurants and stores were all open and the people of Ortigia are welcoming and kind..I simply loved it there. Jessica's husband gave me a ride to the train station as I left and he was an absolute joy to talk to about other travels..These young people who own it and have run it are an inspiration to all on how hospitality is done.. Perfecto.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location, cleanness

Disliked: The fridge was making a weird noise, annoying at nights. I still have a recording of it. But the host said they checked and no noise. So I had to unplug the fridge.

Liked: Host was very responsive--very short tirnarounds when i sent messages. Good command of English. Very clear instructions for getting in to the suite. Place is well located. Would be ideal for 2 or 3 couples travelling together to rent all the suites, then have the shared outdoor space. Good outdoor space.

Disliked: Pots in kitchen not terribly great. No big cutting knives. A bread knife would've been helpful.

Liked: lovely courtyard in heart of ortigia island, little kitchenette with all you might need.

Disliked: You share a courtyard with other guests who might make some noise
