Liked: The view is fantastic. The bed was comfortable

Disliked: We had electrical issues. Lights that would not turn on or wouldn't turn off. Poor lighting in the bathroom. It would be EXTREMELY helpful if they included in the booking luggage transport contacts. By the time we realized this service was available they were completely booked. Had we known when we made the reservations 3 months before our trip we could have booked this as well.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Everything is bad

Liked: The bathroom shower size is larger than most in Italy. It had a real hair dryer. Not the kind mounted to the wall. The property managers were timely in responding to messages.

Disliked: I felt like I read the fine print but it was not clear that this was an apartment-not a hotel. Also, we were required to share pictures of our credit card and passport over an unsecured app. We had an ant issue in the room that was not addressed. The breakfast is mainly carbs. Which is not unusual for Italy but a hard boiled egg would have been nice.

Liked: It was clean

Disliked: Currently the location is under construction and it feels like a cavern when you finally arrive and walk up to your room. Also how far up it was without a view not worth the climb to get there and there is not a terrace at this location for every guest to use. The only room that would have a view would be the upgraded room on the water side. There are many places to stay in town that have an actual terrace for all the guests to use that is overlooking the water.

Liked: The property was okay, but the room was not at all as advertised. The Booking.com website shows an amazing terrace and rooms. What I ended up with was a tiny room that faced a brick wall. The landlord who would not reveal her name said that was what I booked and never made a mention that it was different from the photos that were online. She offered to move me to another village for another 240€ and made no apologies or concessions. And after 9:00 the door to the apartments was locked and no mention had been made about a second set of keys. Finally they answered my WhatsApp and the code to the password of the lockbase was wrong. She kept telling me that it was a lockbase and I wasn’t doing it right. Then after 20 minutes she said the code had been changed. Again, no apologies except that it was solved.

Disliked: The ownership/landlord was so rude and arrogant. I would never stay there again because of her. There are many other options instead of giving my money to someone who treats others so rudely.

Liked: The view

Disliked: The bathroom cleanliness

Liked: The room was nice and good but the building is very dark and scary access because it has not light and it is under construction, but once you get inside is very nice

Disliked: The access to the building

Liked: The terrace and sea view are absolutely stunning and clearly the highlight of the property. The apartment is well-located, peaceful and perfect for a short stay. Everything was clean and well-organized, and access was straightforward.

Disliked: The interior space is fair. Aside from the terrace, the apartment itself is functional rather than special, so expectations should be set accordingly.
