Clean Stay in a Great Location. A very enjoyable stay with excellent value for money. The Location is convenient, the property is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are also excellent, making this a comfortable and reliable choice for stay in the area.
Liked: I will like the York hotel to be delisted from booking.com portal. The heath & safety condition is sub-standard and not good for booking.com public image.
Disliked: The toilet, bathroom and entire building is not healthy for public habitation. Very dirty toilet, broken bathroom taps, broken windows lock, water on the toilet floor, smelly carpet all over.
Liked: Not much there was a bed which helped.
Disliked: Not the cleanest hotel, dirt and dust everywhere, shared toilets we not to clean either
Liked: The provided towels and bedsheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Also the staff is friendly.
Disliked: Unbearable rancid grease smell is experienced every time you open that door at room 4. There's a dirty microwave and fridge with rests of food inside. Dust and grime in every corner. I've spent a packet of cleaning wipes to no avail. Personally I've never seen something like this in a £42/night London hotel room.

Disliked: Everything is bad facilities is minimal one toilet and bathroom shared for the all of the apartments absolutely disgusting

Disliked: there was no TV or any tea or coffee someone add left a ice cream in the freezer the lady on front desk was rude and u add to pay a deposit of 50 pounds for wht I won't be booking any time soon
