“In room equipment”

Confuse that i am charge few hundred Peso for a Carafe after checking out. Housekeeping claim that it is damage when i only stay for a night and use the Carafe for 1 time refilling of cold water. Never drop or done anything to the Carafe. Hotel staff insist to charge to my deposit. Paying for something that you don't even damage.. crazy

“Not 5 star, dodgy location but great pool”

Fair quality accom however many things were below 5 star standard. Definitely trying to keep their costs down by using cheap combined shampoo & conditioner, cheap tea bags and coffee. General level of service was below par for 5 star. Its in the girly bar precinct so streets are filled with beggars and dodgy public. Advise against bringing family here but of course ok if you are a guy looking for that sort of entertainment
