Overpriced for a basic hotel room, no complimentary water
Liked: great breakfast
Disliked: nothing
Liked: Khách sạn mới, phòng ốc mới, đẹp, nhiều chỗ chụp hình.
Disliked: Phòng mình ở 2 cái gối ngủ rất hôi, khách sạn nên xem lại khâu vệ sinh ra giường, gối.
Overall, the hotel has quite good service quality, from dining to the attitude of the staff, everything is very satisfactory. However, there is a small point that I hope the hotel will note: the pillows are a bit high, causing neck strain and affecting the guests' sleep, somewhat making the trip not entirely satisfying. I hope the hotel can adjust the height of the pillows or provide additional options for lower pillows to suit the needs of each guest. This is a small suggestion but will help improve the guests' relaxation experience and make it more complete.

Luxury style, comfortable room. Thoughtful room service. Delicious breakfast buffet. Quite a good location, a bit of traffic near this area.
My family is in an 85 square meter room with 2 bedrooms. There is a kitchen but it cannot be used, the furniture in the room is okay, not as luxurious and convenient as other 5-star hotels. There is a welcome cake that looks nice, breakfast has few dishes not worthy of a hotel, the food is cold and poor. The location is far from the center.
