Room smell so bad, bathroom dirty, did not take shower

Spacious room at reasonable price, conveniently located right in the heart of everything. The bed was clean and comfortable.

I booked this hotel last minute and paid *** per night. Upon arriving at the hotel room, I was immediately confronted with a strong, unpleasant, musty smell that appeared to be caused by mould. The smell was so bad that it caused me to cough continuously and made it difficult for me to breathe comfortably through my nose. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I had no choice but to cancel my accommodation. The issues include: 1) A strong musty and mouldy smell in the room. 2) Bubbles and signs of possible water damage on the walls. 3) Visible mould in the bathroom. 4) Dust and stubborn stains on the floor. 5) Cracked walls and uneven paintwork. 6) General signs of poor maintenance and cleanliness. These conditions raised serious concerns about the hygiene and safety of the accommodation. More importantly, the actual condition of the room was significantly different from the photographs displayed on Agoda's website. The photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the room I was given. When I approached the hotel reception to raise my concerns, the staff did not appear to take the matter seriously. They claimed that the photographs displayed on Agoda were uploaded by Agoda's team rather than the hotel itself. I booked this accommodation based on the information and photographs presented on Agoda. However, the actual condition of the room was completely unacceptable and fell far below reasonable expectations for a hotel stay. Furthermore, this incident caused me significant inconvenience, stress and disruption to my travel plans. I had to find alternative accommodation at short notice and eventually booked another five-star hotel, to ensure that I could stay somewhere with an acceptable standard of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, do not stay at this hotel! Very disappointed😡😡😡

We are couple, we want one large bed as we already requested by the app but we got single two bed. And the room wall is not clean as well. But the location is good. Need to improve more.
