“Excellent”

It’s my 2nd time staying in Intercon. The first was way back December 2016 and am amazed it’s still clean and is well maintained. I will definitely stay there when am back in Hongkong. Location is also good it’s near the MTR.

“Excellent”

Although it's an older hotel, it still maintains five-star standards. The staff and service during our stay were quite good, not as bad as some online reviews suggest. The room was very large; although it had a somewhat dated style, it's rare to find such spacious accommodation in Hong Kong. We also booked at a very good price, so we were very satisfied.

“The best accommodations in Hong Kong.”

We stayed 2 nights as 3 families including one teenager. The amenities were well provided, the water pressure was strong, and the cleanliness was excellent. The location is close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and very convenient for buses. We were provided an extra bed without any issues, so sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The rooftop pool isn’t large but was perfect for cooling off with a quick swim on a hot afternoon. We didn’t use the restaurants, so can’t comment on meals. The night view from the harbor-view room was so beautiful it felt almost luxurious! Thank you for helping us make happy memories on our first trip to Hong Kong!!!

“Very good”

Liked: The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to sleep well, the walls were sound proof. The breakfast had a good variety of international cuisines.

Disliked: The coffee at the breakfast buffet was too strong and it would have been nice to have more paper napkins available on the tables. The hotel was far (15m by foot) from TST station that has a direct line to HK island.

Liked: Comfortable, clean and spacious room, upgraded to Harbour view. Spectacular views. Breakfast is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Location close to Harbour, Kowloon and Star ferry. Good connection with public transport.
