Liked: Absolutely breathtaking room with stunning views of the bay and the pool. Stunning pool with plenty of loungers. A very helpful app is available with hotel maps, timetables, menus and an option to text customer relations for assistance. I would actually live at this hotel given the chance. Top notch customer service too - highly recommended!

“Fantastic stay - would visit again!”

Liked: Hotel staff were polite and courteous. Special thanks to Chao from Hidden Lagoon Spa for the exceptional treatments! Thanks too to Thuyen and Kathy from the Culture desk for their hands-on assistance in arranging the bay cruise for us. The kids' waterpark was great and got a lot of use, especially the waterslide!

Disliked: Liked everything to be honest. Would be nice to have a gift shop in the hotel maybe:)
