Intercontinental Lyon Hotel Dieu By IHG

Yes it got 1 key from Michelin but in my view should be rated as recommended instead. The real attraction is the location and pretty much nothing else

Liked: Breakfast was outstanding

Disliked: The air conditioning in the room was not acceptable. The first night the room was not cool enough. On the second day we contacted the administration to see if something could be done. The service person arrived about an hour later, after a second call. He changed the air filter which helped the temperature considerably. That night the temperature was better, but it could have been cooler. A real shame as the property is amazing and everything about the hotel was marvelous.

Liked: The best in France.

Disliked: This hotel is an historical monument and is absolutely fantastic. The question does not apply to this hotel.

Liked: Beautiful, staff beyond expectations, concierge excellent---

Disliked: too cold the hallways we went during winter season -- no heating system working or not to heated

Liked: Every things

Disliked: Nothing

I accidentally left my fanny pocket in my room with money and cc inside. It was still there and nothing was taken.

Liked: Everything was perfection

On 26 Dec I left my anti theft waist bag in the hotel room at night. The cleaning staff came in, made by bed and did not take anything from it. Comfortable bed, good services.
