Liked: Great location. Convenient to stores/restaurants etc

Disliked: We ask the staff to clean the room checked twice that we did not leave the “do not disturb” light on before we left the room that morning.We arrived that night with a note with the “do not disturb” light was on and a dirty room. The fridge is pretty filled up with items you have to purchase and you won’t be able to put anything inside fridge other than maybe 2 cans of cola. Overall pretty disappointing.

Liked: We were traveling north through the Seattle area on our way to a cruise that was departing from Vancouver. This hotel was conveniently located in a major suburb of Seattle without having to deal with downtown Seattle traffic.

Liked: I loved my bathroom and tub! The television options for late checkout … it was spacious clean and beyond comfortable!!!!

Disliked: N/ A

Liked: The rooms are beautiful

Disliked: The value wasn’t there. Cheaper ok weekends as apposed to weekdays makes it hard for the working person

5/5 ⭐️ Absolutely loved my stay! The building is brand new, super clean, and very well maintained. The front desk staff, and especially the breakfast waitress, were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast and loved being able to relax and spend quality time with my family. One small downside is that the room was a bit compact, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The location is perfect; just a short walk to downtown Bellevue’s shopping area, which made everything so convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bellevue!

Disliked: Breakfast buffet was cold, and not many dining options.

Liked: The hotel is clean and upscale; however, the total package is not in accordance with a 5-Star property. Most of the staff are distant, reserve, and - per scale - unaccommodating.

Disliked: The majority of the staff are removed from providing an optimal experience for their guests. When compared to other 5-Star properties, this one is in a deficit upon matters of overall friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate the needs of established patrons. The consumer/provider ratio was poor for the cost of having the experience of a standard 5-Star expectation. For instance, this property pales (deeply) in comparison with The Four Seasons experience and comfort. I cannot imagine that I should be willing to return to this hotel group for further accommodations during my travels and personal retreats.

Liked: Breakfast room service was good

Disliked: I put a request asking for extra bed. Staff seemed unaware. Also I put a statement that it was my wife's birthday and nothing came up.
