“Great hotel, perfect location, Palma has plenty to offer for a five day break.”

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, close enough to walk to the old town but a little away from the main road so you feel you can escape the hubbub. It’s easy to catch the no.4 bus too, if you want to get to the station to go further afield or to Bellver Castle. The staff were very friendly & helpful & breakfast was excellent. Would recommend & stay again if in Palma.

Liked: Loved the location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nightly entertainment was fun.

Disliked: Buffet breakfast and dinners were busy and hectic with absolutely no atmosphere. However good value for money, especially for families.

Disliked: Expensive room and yet they charge extra for the Spa. Take out breakfast did not even have butter on the sandwich. Some of the staff weren’t very friendly. At this price point it was not the greatest experience.
