“High cost-performance ratio”
This was my third stay. The overall environment is very clean, the location is convenient, and the front desk staff are nice. My only small complaint is that the reception desk isn’t staffed until 11 AM, so you can’t check luggage in early. I always have to carry my heavy bags around Yilan. However, this minor drawback is reflected in the reasonable room rates. If your luggage is too heavy, the stations have storage lockers, so it’s not a big problem.

“Exceptional”
Overall stay was very good. Convenient location, spacious rooms, and a relaxing view; the hot springs and hot water performed well, the bed was comfortable, and sleep quality was excellent. Facilities are well-equipped, staff are friendly, and the overall value for money is high. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory, but improving some small details would make the stay even better.

“A relaxing getaway trip”
It was a last minute decision trip but the spacious room and hotspring bath tub inside the room offered what i needed. The wifi was good so i can take care some business as well. It's about 5-10 min walk from the train station & bus station, and the main street for food, so location is great.

“High cost-performance hot spring hotel”
This was my second stay, and both experiences were excellent. The only issue this time was that the room I was initially given had a broken door that couldn’t be locked. I went downstairs to report it right away. The staff admitted the door was damaged and gave me a different room. If the door problem was already known, why was it assigned to a guest? If there hadn’t been another vacant room that night, I would have chosen to check out. Safety comes first.

“Accommodation experience”
First time staying at this hot spring hotel. The room was very spacious and didn’t feel cramped; the bathtub was huge and could fit two people comfortably. There were two sinks at the vanity, so you can wash your hands or other items without having to take turns — very convenient. The mattress was springy and very comfortable; the location is good, close to town but without heavy traffic, so you’re not disturbed by outside road noise at night.

“Relaxing”
Hotel has great mountain view. Its close to the station and lots stores and restaurants close by. Internet was fast. And the bathtub was amazing! Can play music with Bluetooth when enjoying the hotspring.
