Istanbul Dedem Hotel 1

The place is clean but building is like very old apartment's structure with no maintenance. No bathroom water drainage working properly. Very thin walls that people in different rooms can hear each other. Food has very low quality, no presentation.

Reception old man wasn't friendly and very hot arico was defect not working and food wasnt tasty and wife was good.

I booked throw agoda for a price and when I got to the hotel they refuse to owner agoda price and they insested that I pay double the price and I had to because I was tired after along flight. Bad bad bad, not clean, alot of mold in there bathrooms, the shower handle broke so you have to hold wile taking a shower. Bad breakfast. They are not suppose to be in business.

we never back to this hotel, why this hotel is 3star?

Liked: The female hotel manager was incredible. She was very helpful in giving directions and everything else. The breakfast surprised me. Not only was it available everyday but it was ready and well it was a charcuterie plate... And the olives were fantastic!

Disliked: There was one front desk man who I complained about to the manager. I was extremely quiet keeping my phone very very low so that I could barely hear it. He blamed me for a noise complaint. I went to the manager and she agreed with me.

Extremely horrible room and services

Facing the highway, 24 hour traffic noise. Couldn’t sleep first night. Changed the room for second night, but two mattresses on top of each others instead of bed, so the floor mattress absorbing the mopping moisture, building up stinky smell. Room was smelly.

Waste of money
