İstanbul Newcity Hotel

zero cleanliness, not safe at all, they closed the hotel door for 1 hr and i couldn’t enter or reach anyone! waiting for 1 hr in the street at 1 am! in this unsafe place! terrible experience, full of prostitutes!! unbelievable experience not safe for anyone, unclean room with very bad smell, no service at all!!

Trop de bruit les murs ne sépare pas le son des autres je n'ai pas pu dormir. Quatre étoiles mais le bruit est nuisibles

The prices of this hotel is reasonable and the locations is also good not far from train and bus stations and lot to restaurants, coffees shops and groceries around it. Room services is not great and you have to ask for it, they promise to do it but when you come at evening it is not done. They would be bring excuses of like they had a lot of check outs and so. The breakfast is not good at all.

The advertisement claimed the property was a four‑star hotel; however, the facilities did not meet that standard. The room was very small and furnished with outdated furniture. During our four‑night stay, housekeeping did not clean the room or change the bed sheets. Basic amenities such as drinking water, tea, and coffee—normally provided in four‑star hotels—were not available. The Wi‑Fi service was poor, and the breakfast offered was of limited quality and quantity, with very few food options. The bathroom was extremely small and lacked essential toiletries such as soap and shampoo. We also observed that only one staff member was responsible for cleaning rooms after checkout and simultaneously serving breakfast, indicating a serious shortage of staff.

All in all very close to taksim square and metro as well as shops.

3 nuits passées dans l’hôtel J’ai demandé à faire la chambre tous les jours On me répond oui Mais rien n’a été fait Pas de serviette de bains propres sollicité Désolant! Des
