“Great location. Adequate accommodations for a family with three kids.”

Liked: The host was extremely communicative, which was nice. The location was great and safe. There were 3 beds available which was needed for our family. There was a clothes washing / drying machine located on site. Toiletries were provided.

Disliked: The unit was located in the lower level / basement. The unit could have been cleaner. The floors were clean but there were areas that could have been dusted more.

Liked: Very good Location. Nice view from balcony. 4F Without elevator but not so bad.

Disliked: Check in was horrible. Door didn’t open with key code. Took long time to discuss till we get a real key.

Liked: Clean, two bedrooms appartment in a nice location with great service (check in and check out. Could leave suitcases for later pickup. Friendly.

Disliked: Only real complaint was the wifi. Bandwidth was limited. Not enough to watch movies or (if working) video calling. Checked several times, but I had to work on my mobile hotspot for internet access. If this is upgraded. Then I would rate it a 10/10.

“Nice for central location in London!”

Liked: Good for a family group who likes separate beds and more room than just a hotel room. Great location with 5 minute walk to Victoria station! Appreciate the host hospitality and ease of getting into the flat when needed.

Disliked: Bathrooms need a little upgrade and better cleaning. It is a basement flat so you need to go up and downstairs with luggage.
