“We booked this hotel because we stayed at ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo and the hotel and service was goo”

Liked: The first room provided was really bad. Bathroom was dirty and very uncomfortable shower. Air conditioning was not working and I have to a technician at 4 am to fix it. We were very tired after 5 hours of drive from Agra and was disappointed
