“I had a pleasant stay at ITC Rajputana, with excellent hospitality, ambience, cleanliness, and professional service.”
Liked: I had a wonderful experience at ITC Rajputana. The hotel beautifully combines traditional Rajasthani elegance with warm, modern hospitality. The ambience, cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall service were excellent. What I appreciated most was the genuinely courteous and welcoming staff, who made me feel valued throughout my stay. The reception service, particularly from Ms. Sonu, was exceptional, and Mr. Ashok Singh from the security team was also extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. The hospitality, comfort, and personal attention made my stay truly memorable. ITC Rajputana is certainly a place I would be happy to visit again and recommend to others.
Disliked: Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at ITC Rajputana, and there were no major issues that affected my experience. If anything, a few aspects could be improved further, such as slightly faster service during busy periods and more proactive communication with guests. These are minor suggestions, as the overall hospitality, ambience, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff were excellent.

The experience was really great. The staff is super courteous and it shows from the minute you enter the property. Excellent options of food and pretty cool fitness centre too.

“Average experience”
Liked: The location
Disliked: 1. For the price, the room maintainance was questionable. 2. Despite a clear confirmation that I had paid the entire amt on arrival, during checkout the staff came running after me to clear the bill. Only on showing the receipt he was convinced because the "system was nor updated". 3. I found this extremely unprofessional.
