Janevalla Bandung

A solid stay with good value, a convenient location, and helpful staff. The facilities are well-rounded, though cleanliness could be more consistent. Overall, it offers a comfortable and reasonably priced experience, but a little more attention to upkeep would make the stay better.

Very strategically located near BIP Mall and next to the hotel there is delicious chicken food from Sari Rasa.

So far the hotel is okay, the lobby is clean, service is good, the room is okay, if possible for the deluxe type to have a sofa bed, and the superior type to have a bean bag so there is a chair/sofa to sit on. The pool is okay but not wide, and there is no parking available, so we park in the parking lot & thankfully there is valet for parking (free) but if you have to leave in a hurry, you need to be extra patient waiting for the car because the staff has to take it from the parking lot which is located across from the hotel and most importantly the check-in & check-out time is great which is 24 hours, top!! Oh yes, for the price, I think it’s a bit pricey if it could be under 1 million for the room. Thank you.

I ended up staying for 3 nights at Janevalla, and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience! First, a big thank you to the Front Office team for the smooth and speedy check-in process and even for addition night that I requested. I loved the spacious room, comfy bed, and plenty of pillows! The in-room amenities were also impressive. Complimentary beverages were a thoughtful touch (though I didn't get to enjoy them), and having a coffee machine was definitely appreciated. What pleasantly surprised me was the Sensatia soap and shampoo! And of course, the big Smart TV completed the experience, especially for someone like me who enjoys spending a good amount of time in the room. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of variety and decent taste. Nothing to complain about! As for the location, do I even need to say more? You're right in one of the city's prime spots. But the real winner? The 24-hour stay concept! Such a great advantage. You get to enjoy more time at the hotel without feeling pressured by the usual checkout time. Honestly, this makes a huge difference! If there's one downside, it's the occasional noise late at night from guests checking in or out and housekeeping activities. Nothing major, but something worth improving. Other than that, I loved my stay and would definitely come back next time!

the best semua, cuma parkir mobil yang sempit saja, tapi petugas parkir gercep banget, bantu banget pelayanan the best deh

very very limited parking space can hear other rooms easily floor felt very dirty
