When checking in, a deposit of 500 baht is required, but it will not be refunded when returning the key at check-out. No receipt is issued. The check-out time is short, only one hour, and the owner is unavailable during that time, so the key cannot be returned, and the deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, there are numerous cards in the room, hallway, and stairs regarding fines. If you do not dispose of trash from the room's trash can daily, you will be fined. If any switch is on while you are not in the room, you will be fined. Under no circumstances should food be left in the refrigerator, as it will be gone. Smoking incurs a fine, but the owner’s cigarette smoke fills the hallway and enters the room. Rooms without air conditioning only have one small window, making them hotter than outside. When taking a shower, the water does not drain, so the toilet cannot be used either. In the end, this accommodation is not cheap.

Las imágenes no se corresponden. No era un apartamento para nosotros. Teníamos una habitación dentro de un "bloque de pisos", podíamos hacer uso de la cocina pero era muy difícil coincidir con el dueño. Al hacer el check in estuvimos muuucho rato para recibir ubicación y luego para que nos abriera! Había otra chica también esperando Habitación grande, dos camas grandes para 3, con ventilador, y baño privado, pero no apartamento como aparece en las imágenes, solo era una habitación. A las afueras de Bangkok, había que coger bus o taxi para cualquier cosa. Parada de metro a más de 20 minutos, y teniendo que hacer conexiones...

My trip in Thailand was going good until this guy happened. Scammed our money in the name of deposits and trash talked when we asked for it back. He is a petty and mannless guy and YES OF COURSE he is the one replying your text, emails but says he just works there, and his wife owns the place to avoid any confrontation regarding any issues (Long story but yes he runs the hotel) Not to mention the fuss he creates about current RTPCR tests and how its against the policy to check in without it and all bs just to take your money and not return it back saying we owe that money since he allowed us to live in the first place (gave keys to the room) I'd suggest to pay some extra to not ruin your trip as anyways you'd be losing at least 1000baht to him (as deposit) so rather just spend them on a room with AC and a wifi which this place lacks. There's just table fans and it gets too hot to sleep at night

The rooms are hot, so choose a time to stay. It's a water shower. A lot of ants come to play in this room. This is Thailand. Still, I keep coming back to this apartment.

I am not stay at this property. So my review is not about the property but i want to review about the communication with the people’s property. 1. I dont know how much different people in their sosmed (like email, chat (agoda) and whatsapp. They ask you to send the document required (like passpor and vaccine proof) i already send though Whatsapp but they keep text me though Agoda Chat, i dont know how they coordination. 2. The property rules is need PCR 72hour before arrival, i am okay to take PCR before my arrival and i decided to take PCR in my country. But, the property ask me to take PCR in Thailand Hospital (based on rules, the property doesnt mention the PCR need from Thailand Hospital). If i not take PCR from Thailand Hospital, they dont let me to check in. PCR for tourist is around 3500bath x 4 people (my group) > So, with this cost, i better booking another Hotel with good facilities. 😂 3. The property rules is Damage Deposit 500bath per person (my group 4ppl = 2000bath). Ussualy, the deposit is cash when you check in. But, the property ask you to transfer via Bank if you not transfer, the will not share the key password for the door. That my honest review, the property was so uppset with me, when i ask refund from Agoda 😂. The property tell me, will report to immigration or etc, and i will miss my return flight, they send me much rude text. They said i am problem guess with no money, and ask for free breakfast 😂( i event not asking for any free anything), more crazy, they said, they know i have problem with hotel in Malaysia in 2022 😂 (the fact is 2022 i am not anywhere) I have screenshot of all chat before they delete the chat hahahaha I am not reply their crazy text (so much bother when you on traveling) But, they keep text me, said i will get visit from authorities before going to airport, the owner will charge me, i will miss my return or etc. But, here is my review and i already comeback for sure from my Thailand Trip.
