The rooms at this hotel have been refurbished over the last couple of years or so, offering more luxury than before. The hotel has great facilities with the spa, choice of dining and swimming pool and is within 30 minutes or so of the airport. It is a clean, bright hotel, an dlovely to be staying at. There is a mtro line close by as well as a shopping complex and three huge malls. Definitely worth a stay if you can get a good price as they have increased their rates after 2024.

Liked: Room: The room was okay. While the hotel and the room are showing their age, the room is overall good, clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The bathroom needs some improvement. The housekeeping staff should keep the bathroom amenities equipped so that we do not need to call again and again to request the amenities and towels. Breakfast: The breakfast was very good with adequate variety. However, the coffee and tea could be better. Really need someone who can make better tea! However, the service by the staff makes it up for it. The staff has been really nice and efficient. Location: Perfect. Great location with the airport relatively nearby and also the Priya complex with great varieties of restaurants, and cafes for wonderful meetings that I was able to schedule.

Disliked: The housekeeping service needs work.

If you're planning to go for a shopping at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj this is the closest hotel you can stay. Metro station in 250m. Various choices for breakfast, but would not recommend their coffee. Either coffee machine or coffee beans are poor quality. Rooms need more cleanness, I found lot of stains on the mirror in my room, amenities were not good enough for a five-star hotel. Overall good serviced hotel, I would stay again if I plan for a shopping at Vasant Kunj.

We needed a hotel nearby Ambience mall. Jaypee hotel was the closest choice. Due to our flight cancellation we arrived early in the morning though we were supposed to come previous day & receptionist was very understanding offered us extended stay till 2:00 p.m, which allowed us to have some more rest. There were few things to improve. cleanness should be improved, amenties were not good enough for 5 star hotel & very poor coffee. Otherwise if you're planning to go for a shopping in Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj this is your go to place.

I express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay Premium Room. While the hotel looks impressive from the outside, the actual room condition fell drastically short of a "Premium" standard. The room layout was incredibly narrow, severely restricting basic movement. Furthermore, I was shocked to find that a hatch bolt is being used on the inside of the bathroom door. This poses a major safety hazard, as a guest could easily become trapped in an emergency. To make matters worse, basic washroom amenities were missing, and the commode was completely outdated. I expected a much higher standard of facility and care for the price paid.

Liked: This is truly a 5 star hotel. It feels luxurious. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was excellent. There is a strip of shops and restaurants within 100 meters of the hotel.

Disliked: We needed to get to the airport following the checkout. The hotel only offered his own taxi service for 2800 ruppies while Uber was 1/10 of that price (official taxi from the airport to the hotel was 640 ruppies)
